RECYCLING
Materials such as plastic, glass, metal, paper, ceramics, textile and wood can be considered as secondary raw materials instead of being buried in landfills.
Our natural resources are decreasing day by day due to the increase in world population and consumption. Therefore, it is necessary to use our natural resources more efficiently.
The efficient use of the natural resources provided to us by the world we live on is important so that future generations do not suffer from resource shortages.
Chemical waste, aluminum, iron, glass, paper, plastic, accumulators and batteries, engine oil, electronic waste, organic waste, concrete…
REGREEN POLYMER
It is a high density polyethylene material obtained from petroleum. It is obtained from approximately 1.75 kg of oil in 1 kg of HDPE raw material. It is used in the manufacture of pressure pipes, gas distribution pipes, barrels, household appliences and machine parts, insulators, electrical and electronic goods.
Raw material is the state before processing and obtaining the necessary components used in the production of a product or structure in the industry. This term is often used to denote substances obtained from nature and not yet processed or with little processing. Iron ore, timber, crude oil are examples of raw materials.
Propylene is used in the production of plastic tables and chairs, in the production of plastic kitchenware, in the production of hoops, in the automotive industry, in the production of plastic crates, in the construction industry (insulation, crochet, mat, conical foot, etc.), bucket, flower pot and various toys industry. Polypropylene obtained by polymerizing the monomer propylene is extremely resistant to chemical solvents (acids and bases). We have natural, milky white and colored varieties. Coloring is done upon request.
Processes such as coloring, adding specific powder or granular additives (calcite filler), masteratch, UV additives, antioxidant additives, special mixtures are carried out within customer specifications.
Polyethylene plastic can be low-density or high-density, can be molded, extruded, and poured into molds of various shapes. Polyethylene has a wide range of uses. PE, which is frequently used in the manufacture of containers, kitchenware, plastic boxes, plastic tubes, pipes, toy coatings, insulating layers of cables, packaging film, can be preferred for its low cost as well as its functionality. In addition, it finds wide use in the production of supermarket bags, and in the production of plastic bottles.
Transparent granules with film produced from clean dry crush packaging nylons coming from the factories. During the production phase, scrap nylon is broken with a crushing machine. It consists of a mixture of transparent color, little used pallet cover and all ippe nylon products.
